Appstore allows installation of the incomatible alexa app

      With neptune3 5.12 the appstore allows the installation of the "alexa" app, but starting the app doesn't work and shows the following error:

      file:///tmp/neptune3-ui/apps/com.luxoft.alexa/MainView.qml:37:1: plugin cannot be loaded for module "alexainterface": The plugin '/tmp/neptune3-ui/apps/com.luxoft.alexa/imports/alexainterface/libalexainterface.so' uses incompatible Qt library. (5.13.0) [release]
