android: Fix plugin loading from the libs folder

    Description

      With Qt 5.14 the deployment mechanism for android has been changed and the plugins are now part of the libs folder and the folder hierarchy is now part of the plugin file name.

      To make the QtIvi plugin mechanism work again, the fixes for QFactoryLoader in QtCore need to be copied.
