Use REST requests for icons in Deployment Server api

      Using icons for apps with non-All Architecture in Image qml items is not possible as it requires session info. Session (cookies) is not shared between XHttpRequest and Image item.

      As a developer I would like to have REST api for requesting icons.

      It could be sending filter parameters in the request or use token key
