Neptune appInfo and application model are not handy with apps without ApplicationCCWindow

In order to fully integrate am-packages and new launcher, which will launch apps via intents, some refactoring should be done.

1) application model shouldn't watch active appinfo directly, because last activated app might be just a utility w/o windows at all

2) Main content area shouldn't react ob active app, only on apps with not null ApplicationCCWindow

3) application model shouldn't use "priv" property of the appInfo object (it looks like a bad design)
