      1. Flash image
      2. Boot NUC
      3. Open Sheets app
      4. Create notification

      No notifications

      After systemctl neptune stop/start, notifications work

       

      UPD: Notifications appear from in-process apps and SystemUI (press and hold clocks on top for screenshot, install app from Downloads app)
