    Description

      Current situation: In order to get list of packages with versions qt 5, 5.14, 5.14.1 you should set tag "qt:5" in application Neptune.
      It is wrong behavior.

      Expected behaivor:
      Neptune should send for example exact tag "qt:5.14.1" and server should respond with a list of packages with matched versions: qt 5, 5.14, 5.14.1
