Extend the "qt-auto-extra-apps" repo so that the app packages can be made

Since we want to automate population of the Deployment Server directly from the "qt-auto-extra-apps" repo, its qmake file should be extended so that packages can be made with a make command, e.g. "make package".

Additionally, it would be great to create and publish a script which can push a select package onto an instance of Deployment Server
