Dark and Light themes have its own color accents. For the first two times from the system startup, a selected color accent in one theme persists for another theme.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select accent color in the Light theme
2. Switch to the Dark theme
   -> The accent color from the Light theme persists in the Dark theme
3. Select accent color in the Dark theme by clicking the same section in the color circle
   -> selected accent color from the Dark theme applied to the system properly
4. Switch back to the Light theme
   -> The accent color from the Dark theme persists in the Light theme

Expected result:

For each theme after switch from another should be applied its own color accent.
