    Description

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. Open Neptune About dialog, tab Apps
      2. Start, stop and start again any application

      Expected result:
      Adequate value of cpu is oserved

      Actual result:
      In the first few milliseconds huge value of cpu is may be observed. After that value of cpu became adequate.
