Vehicle app crashes just 2-5 secs after a launch

      Occurs on the build 2020-03-09 from the Installer. Steps to reproduce:

      • start neptune
      • launch the Vehicle app
      • wait 2-5 sec
      • the Vehicle app dismisses, there is a stack trace on the console

      the verbose log is attached.

      This issue does not occur on 5.13.2
