No persons icons shown in the Phone app

      On start, the Phone app widget does not show persons's icons. They are not shown if the app is launched in foreground. The contact information is still shown correctly.

      Verbose log is attached. Neptune was stopped with CTRL-C just after its complete launch

      This issues does not occur on MacOS.
