      When working with neptune, communication between IVI and neptune parts is not working well - updates to UI happen only after window interaction (resize, move...).

      1. Start neptune
      2. open settings
      3. change theme 
      4. in cluster window theme only changes after resize

      With own-built 5.14 ivi + 5.12 neptune and Qt all works OK
