[Vehicle app] doesn't work with Qt 3D Studio runtime from the Installer

Qt 3D Studio runtime 2.7.0 from the Installer doesn't appear as an option to switch from Qt 3D in the Neptune3 UI. I think some components were updated in the Qt 3D Studio and we need to make appropriate changes in the image.

Steps to reproduce:

• Install Qt Auto 5.15.0 from the Installer
• Install Qt 3D Studio runtime 2.7.0 from the Installer
• Launch Neptune3 UI
• Go to the Vehicle app

Expected result:

When the Qt 3D studio runtime installed on the platform it should appear as an option in the Vehicle app in the section "3D options". It should be possible to switch 3D from the Qt 3D to Qt 3D Studio.

Observed result:

No options to switch 3D runtime, only options to change Qt 3D model quality.
