    Description

      The QtIviGenerator is not available in the SDK toolchain. For linux toolchain this is easily added, but for Windows (mingw) toolchain it gets more complicated.

      In Mingw, we are using prebuilt python binaries, since yocto is unable to build it. This means we are missing some of the files needed to create the qface virtualenv. The python-virtualenv build process we now use also doesn't know the difference between the build environment (native: linux x86 or x64) and the sdk target build environment (nativesdk: linux x86, linux x64, windows x86 or windows x64)
