QtApplicationManager QtCreator integration has not been updated to use QDB

      A clean install of Qt Autosuite 2.0 prints following kind of error messages in QtCreator:

      Boot2Qt: Error starting adb server "/home/tiaarnip/Qt/Tools/b2qt/adb": execvp: No such file or directory

      Boot2Qt: trying again in 5 seconds (1 attempts remaining).

      Boot2Qt: Error starting adb server "/home/tiaarnip/Qt/Tools/b2qt/adb": execvp: No such file or directory

      Boot2Qt: Giving up.

      Boot2Qt: Could not start adb server. Device detection will not work.

       

      Autosuite should depend on Boot2QtQdb and use QDB instead of ADB.
