Regression on Qt 5.9.4 breaks Neptune Styling

    Description

      A regression in Qt 5.9.4 is found specifically with the QtQuickControls 2, which breaks Neptune Styling. Such regression should not happen in a patch release. The same version neptune is tested with previous Qt version and does not have the same styling issue as shown in the screenshots.
