Waiting loop circle is shown in the Player widget on the first start

After, automatic scanning of the media content has been added, the Player widget shows a waiting loop circle instead a cover art forever. This problem does not occur after a restart. A user would expect to see such a waiting loop circle only as long as there is no media content is listed in the DB, but updated as soon as the first valid content entry being added.
