Create a documentation about QtLocation / Map App implementation

As a product owner, I need to have a confluence page where the QtLocation / Map application get documented. Importantly, how the MapBox plugin is used within the application. This documentation should also include list of drawbacks by using the MapBox plugin. Such information is going to be useful and needed when someone who also have interest to the application want to contribute and improve the plugin and the application.
