Introduce Application Request Concept in Neptune 3

Implement Application request concepts according to defined use-cases as listed:

Use case: "Show on map"

I have already seen two cases: one is in the energy page in the Vehicle app. There we have buttons to show one specific fuel station/charging station, or all of them, on the map.
In Phone app I have prepared a view with info on one contact. If the contact has an address connect to it there would be a button to show that address on the map.
I expect these use cases to open the default navigation app and either show the default map view but with pins for all fuel stations, or to show the map view with one address selected (top part do not show "Where do you wanna go?" but "Tesla super charger, Long avenue..." and a "start navigation" button).

Use case: "Switch music source"

It would be preferable if we can switch between available music apps (tuner, spotify, default music app) with a button in the toolbar of respective music app instead of having to go via the AppLauncher. As a fast way, and to give a feeling of that it is one unified [your car brand] system, not a [your car brand] launcher with several third part apps.

Use case: "From notification to app"

Notifications should be able to take you to a specific page/feature on a specific app. E..g if you get a toast message about your fuel being low you should be able to click a button in the notification to go to Vehicle app's energy page or to the map application with all fuel stations visible.
