Improve the mimetype handling

Currently the mimetypes are specified in the info.yaml of the application. If the application has multiple aliases, the mimetype is also valid for these and there is no way to specify that an mimetype is only for a specific alias.

This task is about defining all the usecases for mimetypes and aliases and change the implementation to support all those. The documentation also needs to be improved to explain these usecases
