Rework Tuner Application to support a complete intent story for media applications in Neptune 3

Tuner application was created without design back then, therefore, it has a different look than other applications in Neptune 3. We currently have Intent Concept in place but then the user will easily see that the application looks like an unfinished application. Hence, the application need to be reworked and follow the specs delivered by the designer.
