Fix incomplete feature for AppStore

      As a designer, I see the listed item below as incomplete for the appstore:

      • Spinner is not enough when you start it. It should also say something like “fetching info from AppStore server”
      • Top image is not placed correctly. (Please contact johan.magnusson for more info)

      Additionally, AppStore need to also be restructured like other apps as well to have the common structure and be testable.
