Create new component called PopupWindow for Application's Popup

      As a developer, I would like to have a component to be used by the application to show a Popup in the system UI.

      A component called PopupWindow need to be created which inherit ApplicationManagerWindow and has a type of "Popup". The system UI will then take care of the window to show it in PopupItem of the system UI.
