Intel NUC: internal SD card reader does not work

      Boot2Qt image fails to boot when using the internal SD card reader.

      findfs: unable to resolve: ‘LABEL=rootfs’

      After booting from USB disk, kernel does not recognize the internal SD card reader at all.

       

      This has been fixed. Documentation needs to be updated to reflect that the NUC can now boot from USB or SD-Card.
