Update the frontend generator template to generate better struct classes

      The generated structs should make use of QSharedData similar to the structs implemented in QtIviMedia.

      By default they should inherit QIviSearchAndBrowseItem to support using these in QIviSearchAndBrowseModel.

      Making it possible to define what type it should inherit from in the qface file, would be nice to have.
