Make the root of Main.qml to be QtObject instead of Window

      As a developer, I would like to have the root of Main.qml as a QtObject instead of Center Console Window. The direction of this story is to have a clear separation between windows in Neptune 3 and make it easier to extend the UI with some more windows / displays.
