Description

Implement versioned tags as described in:

https://luxproject.luxoft.com/confluence/display/OAI1209/Deployment+Server+use+case+discussion#DeploymentServerusecasediscussion-HandlinganduseofTagsandVersionnames

Now tags can have version separated by ':' from the tag name.
