Description
There is a new component in Qt Auto - the Deployment Server (https://codereview.qt-project.org/#/admin/projects/qt-apps/qtauto-deployment-server). It does not require an actual build of it code, but requires a "make docs" build step so that its docs can be picked up.
AUTOSUITE-724 requires getting the Deployment Server build made before Qt IVI on the prepare step so that The start page (hosted in Qt IVI) of the Qt Auto docs can get a link to docs of the Deployment server.
