Widgets in Neptune3 report application windows being unavailable upon a start

      Apparently due to some timing mismatches, Neptune3 report application windows being unavailable upon a start. It was first spotted on the ARP board when the Lucee style has been loaded on a re-start of Neptune. Now, it was also observed on the Toradex imx8 board on a cold boot. On the other side, it does not occurs on a NUC with iCore7.
