Annoyances in the UI to review and fix if applies

As reported via email:

• change language settings, makes the settings app disappear
• vehicle app sometimes disappears.
• when switching to the vehicle app,  to a different app and then back
  to vehicle app you can see some strange rendering artifacts of a
  previously rendered 3D car on a blue background
• Notification bar needs a double click in the neptune style ?, works
  fine with single-click on lucee and also sometimes with neptune, looks
  like the element is partially covered by something else ?
• Appstore category icons are partially hidden
• webradio doesn't show it's icon after installation from the store. Is
  shown once the application is started.
• radio: first list items look strange (partially covered by the big
  image above)
• maps application doesn't start
