Fully support multi-process backends

Currently we can generate a limited QtRO backend and some helper classes on the server side. This needs to be extended to fully support QtRO backends and to be able to autogenerate a server with scripting capabilities by using the QIviSimulationEngine.

In addition our existing QtIviMedia module and it's backends also need to provide a QtRO backend and a server which provides the current simulation.
