Must be able to import types from other libraries so they can be used as base types for interfaces, property types, signal/invokable parameters

Will need meta data for generators indicating:

• if/how type can be imported to QML (components...)
• if/how type can be imported to C++ (header, libs, components, passing convention, if it supports being exposed to QML...)
