Strong flickering on the whole UI on MacOS 10.14.4 would require a release with Qt 5.12.3

    Description

      Neptune3 on MacOS 10.14.4 starts with a terrible flickering. When the vehicle apps is running, flickering does even not stop. It looks like it is specific to MacOS 10.14.4 and has been recently reported in QTBUG-74712.

      The effect is so intense with Neptune, that I believe we should make a release with Qt 5.12.3 if we want to have a build on MacOS look as well as we know it. See the attachment with the screen recording.
