Deploy to AM Device: installation step runs on the local host

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new project from "Qt Application Manager Project" template
2. Select Automotive 5.12.1 Intel NUC Kit with remote Generic Linux Device
3. Run (Deploy to AM Device & Run AM application)

Observed:

• Installation deployment step failed (/bin/sh: /usr/bin/appman-controller: No such file or directory)

Expected:

• Package installed and executed on remote device

Workaround:

1. Disable "Install application manager package" deployment step
2. Replace "Run AM application" with custom executable (remote) step which installs package properly
