    Description

      We observed multiple issues with not working cross-compilation when Python3 is used for auto-generation. This epic collects all that issue to make sure we fix them all for 5.13.

      This epic is almost a duplicate of AUTOSUITE-473, but AUTOSUITE-846 reported the same problem on Linux as well
