Diff configuration summary for every integration

We need to have check in Coin which shows diff about the configuration summary for every integration. Currently we just rely on the green pass status of the integration and nobody check the configuration summary.  There might be unintentional change in configuration summary which won't be noticed until RTA catch it. E.g. if OpenSSL environments are missing the build and tests will pass but the configuration summary for openssl is 'no'. Most likely there are some other cases which can be caused by provisioning changes or some change in Qt.
