Description
Trying to provision a Linux CentOS_8_3 x86_64 machine fails:
Qt Centos-8 - Base 35 kB/s | 249 B 00:00 Errors during downloading metadata for repository 'BaseOS': - Status code: 404 for http://repo-clones.ci.qt.io/repos/centos/8/BaseOS/x86_64/os/repodata/repomd.xml (IP: 10.212.0.14) Error: Failed to download metadata for repo 'BaseOS': Cannot download repomd.xml: Cannot download repodata/repomd.xml: All mirrors were tried
CentOS 8 is long past end of life, and packages 'have been removed from the mirrors'. But there seems to be an option to pull from 'Stream 8': https://www.centos.org/news-and-events/convert-to-stream-8/.
Should CentOS 8.3 provisioning script be adopted, or can it CentOS 8.3 be removed altogether?
