scheduler for qtc project resovles to wrong project

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. visit scheduler ui
      2. paste change with qtc repo
      3. click resolve
      4. schedule the build

      Build than stalls , without reporting any error. The reason is that resolved 'project' is incorrect and maps to non-qtc one. Manually correcting it 'fixes' the issue.

      There are two bugs here:

      1. broken resolver for qtc repos
      2. stall without any error log (job is stacked till in manually canceled)
