Add option to precheck to build change as part of Qt5

      To catch build breaks early and not in the dependency update phase, it would be useful to have a way to test a change as part of qt5 level build.

      This can be achieved by adding an option to precheck dialog to build change as part of Qt5 (with limited platforms)
