VM instance in OpenNebula is left in wrong state after provisioning x86 macos14

    Description

      When provisioning VM is shut down after successful completion, OpenNebula still reports its stage as "Running". This causes Coin provisioning to timeout as it waits a state change in order to start the VM again to verify it is sane.

      If VM is manually shut down from OpenNebula, Coin notices state change and proceeds with VM check.
