Ninja not able to handle 260 long paths

      Ninja in coin is not able to handle files which path exceeds 260 chars.
      The Issue is reported here https://github.com/ninja-build/ninja/issues/1900
      Unfortunatly author did not yet release fixed version , however it can be already fixed in ci
      by setting correct manifest file with:

       <longPathAware  xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/SMI/2016/WindowsSettings">true</longPathAware>
