Precheck does not work when significant config depends on insignificant config

    Description

      It will fail like https://testresults.qt.io/coin/integration/qt/qtmultimedia/tasks/1732507938 

      By default insignificant configs are removed in the precheck and later there is check that verifies dependencies are included which fails.
