Add means to be able to distinguish the specific VM used (the old LAUNCH_PARAMETER way) for RTA use

In the latest CI update there is now no means to specifically see which VM is used for a specific test in RTA (formerly Jenkins's LAUNCH_PARAMETER environment variable was used for this). Now there is no way to be able to know which VM is running which test. Add a way to be able to see the machine id used in the test in the Jenkins console output.
