add support to coin scheduler run arbitrary shas

It would be great to have a facility to schedule coin build with manual file of arbitrary shas (even not merged / on gerrit), so I could get the broken stuff ahead of time , current way of working whit this kind of issues across the modules sucks and requires waiting for dependency update.
