      In ci on rhel-8.10 system header /usr/include/libxslt/xsltutils.h has not working
      header guards, the file ends on:

      #ifdef __cplusplus
}
#endif /* __XML_XSLTUTILS_H__ */

      so one #end if is miss-placed

      The reason why this is incorrect in on vm in ci is unknown, however it breaks webengine compilation.
