On a recent discussion, people were complaining that a cherry-pick on 6.10 in a submodule was not integrating for many hours.

My response was that to save resources, Coin is only integrating every few hours on the non-dev branches. Unfortunately there is no way to see this timer and have a sense when the integration will happen.

This ticket is for implementing a status page, showing when the next integration will start in every (project,branch) combination that is pending.

For example:
