parse_build_log.pl needs updates to capture more info

    Description

      COIN uses src/tools/parse_build_log.pl, which is from old qtqa repo, to capture the critical information and post to gerrit. Many times it just replied without any information about the build failure.

      Let me try to use this ticket to gather those cases.
