All hard coded module specific build instructions, environment variables and various platform, os/os_version, arch, etc. specific hard codings are moved to each Product's WorkItems. We need a way to propagate all these through the WorkItem build graph. Each WorkItem will obtain the Build Context of it's dependencies (WorkItems) and correspondingly will add it's relevant meta data into the Build Context.
