Add button to trigger release-export for given integration

    Description

      We want to avoid logging into vmbuilder and starting release-export manually. This can happen if Coin was shut down, network issue etc. which cancelled the auto export

      The release_service listens it's own inbox. It should be enough just to copy the .thrift_bin file into the inbox.

      Implement a button into web-ui, somewhere next to done integrations per project.
