Current qt5 integrations are in "Do not abort on failures" mode, which means any provisioning failure will not fail the qt5 integration, in most cases, the build of qt5 and all submodules are not meaningful. For saving resources and energy of hardware and the passion of person(or people) who are on charge of integrations, better to force qt5 integration as "abort on failures".
